Meet the Air Charter Team
It’s our business to know your business and the people who run Air Charter are the people you will deal with at Air Charter. Every team member is briefed on all open enquiries so you can rest assured that they will know every aspect of your program.
Steve Williams
Steve is a founding member of Air Charter, driven by a lifelong passion for aviation and a commitment to exceptional personal service. Before launching the company, he spent many years with Monarch Airlines, progressing from traffic agent to Flight Dispatcher, then into operations, and ultimately serving as Station Manager in Guatemala and Bangor, Maine. The experience, professionalism, and service culture he gained at Monarch proved invaluable as he took the leap into establishing Air Charter Travel from the ground up.
Mike Hutton
With a long and accomplished career at Monarch Airlines, Mike brings extensive aviation knowledge to Air Charter. His background spans resolving countless AOG situations in Operations to accompanying numerous VIP flights, including three world tours. Joining Air Charter and helping to establish exclusive ad-hoc flying for clients has been a real honour for him. He continues to combine his operational expertise with a passion for broking and delivering exceptional client service.
Mike Hutton
What’s the most unusual destination you’d love to fly to?
Tahiti, I stopped there once where we uplifted fuel on an ‘Around the world charter’ it looked amazing and would love to return for a holiday.
Mike Hutton
What’s the most rewarding part of arranging private jet travel for clients?
Once the aircraft has arrived at the destination, on time and without any issues.

The Alps are always impressive.
Paul Mutton
As one of Air Charter’s longest-standing members, Paul remains deeply passionate about bespoke aviation. Guided by the belief that a broker’s true value lies in attention to detail, seamless execution, and personal service, he transforms every mission into a flawless experience. His experience enables him to craft tailored charter solutions for groups of every shape and size, delivering reliability, trust, exacting standards, and extraordinary experiences that consistently exceed expectations.
Paul Mutton
Which airport or destination do you think offers the most memorable arrival experience?
There are just too many that could get an honourable mention but Olbia stands out for me. Great service, excellent FBO coupled with a lovely view out the window as you approach the island.
Paul Mutton
What’s one insider tip you’d give first-time private jet travellers?
Ensure that you are using a broker rather than a salesman, of which there are many! A salesman just wants the sale whereas any decent broker wants you to enjoy the experience and will accompany you from start to finish.
Paul Mutton
Do you have any pre-departure rituals before you travel?
For someone as overly superstitious as I am the rituals are endless! Other than making sure I have all the relevant paperwork to hand it has to be to ensure that I’m wearing my lucky socks but more importantly have my lucky pen with me! Also, tapping the fuselage as we board is an absolute must!
Craig Skipper
Craig began his aviation career in 1999 as an Aircraft Dispatcher, overseeing the safe turnarounds of passenger and cargo aircraft. He later moved into Airline Operations, spending 13 years with Monarch Airlines. His work also took him around the world on VIP charters, ensuring operations ran smoothly. At Air Charter, Craig serves as a Broker, sourcing aircraft and negotiating with operators to ensure clients receive the highest standard of personal service—encouraging them to return time and time again.
Craig Skipper
If you could create your own aircrafts’ registration, what would it be?
It would be S-KIPP on my BBJ B757!
Craig Skipper
If you could share a private jet flight with any person (living or not), who would it be?
It would have to be Robin Williams (RIP) – a beautiful and very funny person...! I bet he could share some brilliant stories.
Lee Rennie
Lee started his aviation career at Luton Airport Authority in 1988, holding roles in Accounts, Marketing and Air Traffic Control, before moving onto IATA and then into the Airline Charter Sales side of the business at various different UK Airlines before joining Air Charter. Lee works with clients on various Charter projects and supports their understanding of Greenhouse Emissions, compiling yearly emission data and ensuring that Air Charter Travel fully offsets its own company emissions via Carbon Neutral Britain.
Lee Rennie
Are you a carry-on-only type or do you overpack every time?
Carry-on, less to carry the better.
Lee Rennie
If you could live abroad for a year, where would you go?
I lived in Indonesia, for three months so maybe I could do a full year.
Emily Adams
Emily is the newest member of the Air Charter team; Emily’s previous experience includes VIP operations at London Gatwick which is where her love for aviation and relationship with Air Charter began. You’ll find me riding my horse, walking my dogs or out with friends and family.
Emily Adams
If you weren’t an Aircraft broker, what would you be?
Anything involving animals—marine biologist, dog groomer, you name it. As long as there are animals, I’d be happy.
Tulin Jenner
Now in her second tenure at Air Charter, Tulin returned after an extended period in the airline industry and time spent raising her daughter. Her experience includes roles at Emirates, Virgin, British Midland, and Gatwick Handling. She loves being part of a dedicated team. Tulin’s role focuses on keeping the office running smoothly, managing administrative tasks, and, as the team will attest, baking an exceptional Victoria sponge.

Helen oversees the company’s finances, working closely with the team to ensure all records and reports are kept up to date and accurate.
Helen-Marie Hill
Which one of your colleagues would survive being trapped on a dessert island?

Renaissance Island in Aruba, to see pink flamingos! This private island is home to a small flock of flamingos that roam freely around the island!
